Your mission
Job Summary
The Case Worker provides direct support to vulnerable individuals, including children and families, by conducting assessments, developing case plans, and linking beneficiaries with essential services. The role involves working closely with affected communities to ensure timely and appropriate interventions while adhering to national and international child protection and case management standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess individuals and families in need of case management services.
Develop individualized case plans in coordination with the Case Manager.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure service delivery and assess the progress of beneficiaries.
Provide psychosocial support and referrals for specialized services such as legal aid, healthcare, education, and livelihood assistance.
Maintain accurate records of cases while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Support awareness-raising activities on child protection, GBV, and other social issues in communities.
Engage families and communities in child protection efforts to promote a safe environment for children.
Report urgent protection concerns and challenges to the Case Manager.

Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in case management or social services, preferably in Palestine.
Strong understanding of child protection and case management principles.
Ability to work with vulnerable individuals, including survivors of violence and displaced populations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Arabic (English is an advantage).
