Within the CFO Advisory team we are seeking a Finance Transformation Director to lead our client engagements, drive finance transformation initiatives, helping our clients to leverage the latest digital technologies and best practices to modernise their finance function and provide strategic guidance to organizations seeking to optimize their financial operations.

What you will do

Together with the Partner of CFO Advisory and the other directors you will actively contribute in practice development, business development with a continuous focus on innovative solution offering as well as people-development initiatives.

• Go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with the broader CFO Advisory strategy, including developing sales pipeline.
• Client engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor to our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services.
• Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and direction to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
• Technology integration: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge financial technologies and systems to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Client collaboration: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs, and work collaboratively to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Finance transformation strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive finance transformation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, aligning financial processes with their strategic goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial consulting, or related roles.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading finance transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes, systems, and technologies.
• Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Business consulting skills offering concrete and specific information to help solve a problem or improve a process for a business: creative thinking; thinking conceptually and practically; collaboration; organization and time management; flexibility; curiosity.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both written and spoken).
