As an SAP Technology Architect, you will design, build and integrate requirements and processes into SAP architectures based on best practices with a focus on S/4HANA, Process orchestration and the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Skills & Qualifications
You have a master’s degree.
You have at least 3 years of hands-on SAP Integration experience and have in-depth knowledge of: BTP Integration suite, BTP CPI and Integration Suite, PI/PO. Other middleware platforms are a bonus.
You have a first experience and exposure with SAP S/4HANA.
You are willing to further develop in SAP Architecture and the different domain in S/4HANA.
You have excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility at client level and to build problem-solving partnerships.
You can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility.
You like developing your coaching skills by closely working together with other colleagues.
You are stress resistant, flexible, client and service minded.
You have the ability to communicate on different levels.
You have one or more certifications in S/4HANA or any component of the BTP platform.

Roles & Responsibilities
As the ESG Data & Tech Lead, you will:
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with ESG experts, technology alliances, and industry leaders to design and deliver holistic solutions that help clients achieve their ESG goals and regulatory requirements.
Enable Broader ESG Agendas: Work with clients to embed sustainability into their core business strategy, leveraging data insights to drive actionable initiatives and long-term value creation.
Strategize & Innovate: Define and lead the execution of ESG data strategies, integrating regulatory compliance (CSRD and beyond) with broader sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB).
Technology Enablement: Advocate and implement best-in-class ESG platforms such as Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, Workiva, Sweep, and others to streamline ESG data collection, reporting, and performance management.
Project Leadership: Steer complex, multidisciplinary ESG data projects from conception to execution, ensuring seamless integration of technology, strategy, and analytics to meet client goals.
Foster Multidisciplinary Teams: Build and lead diverse teams that combine expertise in Data & AI, ESG, and technology to co-create solutions tailored to client challenges.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to shaping the ESG data and tech discourse through thought leadership publications, speaking engagements, and active participation in industry forums.
Client Impact: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them understand the value of ESG data and its role in driving competitive advantage and sustainable outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader with the following qualifications:
Experience & Expertise:
7+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or technology consulting, with significant focus on ESG and sustainability initiatives.
Proven track record of leading ESG projects, addressing both regulatory compliance and broader sustainability goals.
Knowledge of sustainability technologies such as Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, Workiva, Sweep, or similar platforms is a strong asset.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, integrating ESG expertise, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge technology capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and external partners.
Technical & Strategic Acumen:
Deep expertise in data governance, analytics, AI, and automation technologies as enablers for ESG transformation.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB) and data-driven sustainability metrics.

Project Management
As Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis you’ll lead a team of experts on a range of CFO projects and work closely with clients in various sectors. This includes:
