Position: Supply Chain Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to manage various aspects of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for order management, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient communication between our customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:
Oversee order management processes, including timely follow-up on overdue orders.
Manage shipping and receiving operations within the ERP system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision-making and improve supply chain efficiency.

Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks to support supply chain operations.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all activities.

Portal Utilization: Promote and ensure full utilization of customer and supplier portals for optimal communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Technical Skills: PC literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience: Previous experience in supply chain management is required.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-motivation.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English and French (business level).
