Core Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Implementation:
Translate business requirements into technical workplace solutions.
Design, document, and budget workplace initiatives with a focus on IT optimization.
Validate and approve service provider proposals, challenging pricing and implementation strategies.
Coordinate the implementation and configuration of selected solutions.
Technical & Business Alignment:
Act as a SPOC for business and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Analyze business needs, challenge requests, and propose innovative workplace solutions.
Align budgets, timelines, and solutions with strategic vision.
Project Leadership & Execution:
Coordinate changes and digital workplace projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage and support Fujitsu’s Workplace Architects to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.
Provide regular project updates, resolve escalations, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Standardization & Documentation:
Document workplace standards, architectural decisions, and implementation processes.
Set up Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and ensure knowledge transfer to service providers.
