Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage mainframe applications in IMS and DB2 to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Configure, upgrade, and maintain z/OS applications, including IMS, DB2, TWS, and associated software.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and efficiency.
Administer Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for job scheduling and process automation.

Key Responsibilities
Grasp the strategic needs and challenges of our clients by gathering functional and non-functional requirements through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
Create detailed solution designs that you will continuously refine as new insights and requirements emerge.
Collaborate with the sales team to draft and defend project proposals.
