Join Our Team as a Regulatory Assistant (6-Month Temporary Role)
Barrington James is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Regulatory Assistant to support their team for the next six months! If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for compliance, and experience in the chemical sector, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Regulatory Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in product labeling and safety data. Your main responsibilities will include:
Checking product labels to ensure they meet current regulations.
Collecting product data and maintaining accurate records in specialized software.
Keeping labels, packaging, and safety information up to date as part of regulatory revisions.
Monitoring compliance for outgoing goods, including follow-ups with private label customers.
Managing and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for raw materials.
Uploading SDS information to Publichem and ensuring all details are current and correct.

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a chemical-related field.
Previous administrative experience in the chemical industry, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Control (a big plus!).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
A proactive attitude—you can work independently but also love being part of a team.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
