Job Specifications
We are looking for an experienced Privacy Compliance Specialist to support data protection compliance efforts within a dynamic corporate environment. This role involves ensuring regulatory adherence, conducting risk assessments, and advising on data privacy best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Assess risks and report non-compliance issues to senior leadership.
Evaluate third-party privacy compliance for partnerships.
Provide guidance on privacy-related business questions.
Develop and refine privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Support privacy awareness initiatives, training, and internal communications.
Handle data subject requests and regulatory inquiries.
Assist in data breach management and impact assessments (DPIAs).
Advise on privacy risks in data-driven projects and corporate initiatives.
Stay up to date with evolving privacy laws and translate them into compliance strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years experience in data protection, GDPR compliance, and privacy law.
Master’s degree in Law, Information Security, or equivalent experience. IAPP, CIPP, or similar certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT security and data protection impact assessments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
