We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support a key cybersecurity program. This role focuses on defining scope, gathering requirements, analyzing operating models, and ensuring smooth implementation and migration of IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and document requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses on IAM solutions.
Develop business processes using BPMN and support integration/migration strategies.
Ensure security risk assessments and compliance with IAM policies.
Define test approaches and contribute to validation efforts.
Update documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Facilitate communication between business, IT teams, and key contributors.

Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in IAM.
Strong knowledge of access provisioning, RBAC, JML processes, and IAM tools.
Experience onboarding applications into IAM frameworks.
Proficiency in data analysis, visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and process modeling (Adonis, Visio).
Agile methodology experience.
Professional English proficiency (written & spoken).

Preferred:
Understanding of IAM regulations, Mainframe/RACF.
Certifications: CBAP, ECBA, CCBA.
