Service Desk Analyst - Inside IR35 Contract
An immediate requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join an established Service Desk team for a leading London Market Insurer. As part of this experienced team you will provide 1st and 2nd line resolutions to business requests and incidents.
In a fast paced environment, you will support multiple stakeholders from non-technical, technical and up to C-suite level stakeholders. You will have excellent communication with experience supporting Windows 10+, MS Office, Citrix and Azure AD.
This is an initial 3 month contract with a day rate of £250 - £350 Inside IR35. An immdeiate starter is needed.
Responsibilities:
Accurately log, categorize, and process all incidents and service requests
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as daily backup and server checks
Handle tasks related to new joiners, movers, and leavers
Conduct initial and secondary troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical issues
Escalate complex issues and incidents, ensuring they are resolved to the user's satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MS Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems (Windows 10+, Windows Server 2016+).
Proficiency with MS Office and MS Outlook
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common PC and server hardware issues.
Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving mobile hardware issues (Android/iOS).
Experience with Active Directory for user, group, and computer administration.
