Key Criteria
Experience
3–5 years of consulting or business experience, with a focus on change management, strategy, and general management.
Strong understanding and analytical skills in company financials and data.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Education
Master’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field with excellent academic credentials, or a bachelor’s degree with similar insights gained through experience.

Fluent in Flemish is a required skill for this role.
