Job Description
Local PMO – IT Sales Solutions (SSo):

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the budgets of the department (>10Mio€) in collaboration with the SSo Senior Manager and his staff (4 managers).
Follow up on budgets and teams’ capacity with product owners and project managers.
Follow up on Capacity Management in alignment with business priorities and overall strategic planning.
Organize, improve, and maintain a rigorous overview of the projects and run activities managed by the department’s teams.
Ensure application of key processes: Demand, Portfolio, Project, Incident, Problem, Release, etc., and their continuous improvement together with the process owners and dedicated IT guilds.
Assess and report on key KPIs defined with PMO IS and SSo Staff.
Collaborate with Chief Product Owner, Project managers, Product owners, Scrum Masters, and managers to ensure data quality and relevant utilization of tools (e.g., SNOW).
Define a roadmap of Local PMO priorities in order to align with Corporate and IS PMO roadmaps.
Provide reporting to the SSo Staff on a regular basis as well as to senior business and IS management.
Collaborate with other IS Local PMOs to share best practices.
