Your responsibi
lities
Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code for domains like robot kinematics, motion planning, simulation, and 3D vision; leveraging existing libraries and open-source where po
ssible. Roadmap architectural changes and deploy them across our co
debase. Mentor junior engineers via pairing, design review, and code
review. Work independently while being an A-team player with good reporting
skills. Act as a bridge between the Korean and Belgia
n teams
You will be part of the worldwide development team and collaborate closely with the product and support teams. You will be very well connected with all the other experts in the company, but must also be capable of solving problems independently and display lots of cre

uirements
Korean speaker with good written and verbal skills i
n English. A MSc or PhD in computer science, robotics, or e
quivalent. A strong background in software engineering on robotics, with at least two to
five yearsof e
xperience. Experience is required in more than one of: 3D geometry, robot kinemati
cs, motionplanning, simulation, industrial robot pr
ogramming. Experience in 2D/3D perception, like machine learning, image processing,
and pointcloud processing is
an asset. Fluent in C++, and optionally Python. Comfortable working in a Linux en
vironment. Knowledge of development tools like version control systems (git), unit testing frameworks, debuggers, profilers, build tools (CMake), ROS (Robot Operatin
g System). You are proactive, have a ‘can-do’ mentality, and take ownership of
your work. The ability to come up to speed in new area
s quickly. Comfortable with joining in on a passionate technical d
