We are searching for a Technology Adoption Lead to drive the adoption and effective use of technology across our client’s organisation, significantly enhancing productivity and collaboration. This is a new and pivotal role, requiring a forward-thinking individual to lay the foundation for a transformative digital culture.

Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the organisation’s current technological landscape and goals.
Recruit and coordinate a network of volunteer Digital Leaders throughout the business.
Collaborate with employees across departments to understand their technology needs and challenges.
Design and deliver engaging training materials and resources to upskill staff in using M365 and other relevant technologies.
Conduct training sessions in person, via Teams, and through innovative formats, such as lunch-and-learn sessions, newsletters, and interactive PowerPoint presentations.
Promote the Digital Adoption Team’s services, ensuring visibility across the business via intranet updates and other internal communication channels.
Establish processes for managing and prioritising requests to the Digital Adoption Team, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and identifying larger demands suitable for project development.
