IT Service Management Administrator - 6 months - Chessington - Inside IR35
The IT Service Management Administrator will support project related activities for the ongoing WAN migration. This is a nationwide project to upgrade Legacy PSTN infrastructure with fibre connectivity across all sites. The project is expected to run until April 2025. IT Service Management are responsible for overseeing and facilitating a high volume of communication between internal stakeholders, 3rd party telecoms provider.
The Role
Daily management of a shared mailbox, responding to internal and external parties covering the following topics:
Store communication - contacting regional sales teams via email and/or store colleagues directly by phone to ensure certain prerequisites have been met and site visits of varying types are communicated.
Internal/External Stakeholder Engagement
Communicating with all levels of colleagues but mostly consisting of Sales, Property, FM, IT teams and senior managers.
Frequent contact with telecoms provider
Your profile
Appreciation and basic understanding of IT equipment and language
A team player with a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Consistent attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office/Excel
Ability to multi-task and manage own time well
Takes responsibility and shows initiative
In-depth training will be provided from day 1. A short period of shadowing existing project resources is expected.
