A.I Solution Consultant/Architect - London/Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solutions Architect with experience in Microsoft Copilot, to join our customer on a 3 month contract. Our customer is looking for someone with real time experience in AI-enabled applications and Copilot M365. The successful candidate will have the ability to get hands on, create solution design documents and present/train C-suite individuals.
Work with Copilot/AI users to test their use case, collaborating with the project team to inform the viability of further interest and build out comprehensive guardrails for the integration of AI. You will work through the required actions to enable deployment of Copilot M365 and exploration of no/low code use cases for AI.
Main Duties:
Maintenance of design documents for AI Use Cases selected for Proof-of-Concept.
Provide oversight and technical assurance of Copilot, Generative AI & AI-adjacent technologies; conforming to solution requirements, enterprise architecture principles, security standards and functional / non-functional requirements.
Ability to conduct and lead analyses of technology and associated operational processes, with a view to creating LLD/HLd and reference artifacts that will improve operations.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing solutions, along with successfully transitioning them to the operations team.
Create and develop document artifacts for all project workload, including Copilot and readiness.
Technical Experience:
Microsoft Copilot / ChatGPT / Large Language Models (LLM)
Information Protection / Data Loss Prevention
Microsoft Purview / Azure Purview / O365 Compliance Centre
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
Azure / cloud-based billing and governance
Power Automate and no/low-code automation tools
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience with designing AI-enabled applications and Co-Pilot M365.
Possess a deep technical understanding of Microsoft technologies to clearly articulate features and benefits to senior management and/or colleagues alike in a “non-techy” way.
Ability to propose changes to existing technologies/strategies
Functional experience of using Microsoft products, particularly Copilot M365.
Completed relevant training paths and certifications in Microsoft and Azure platform.
Experience of integrating AI / ML capability into solutions is desirable.
Hold a deep understanding of industry-standard business practices and TOGAF methodology.
Able to match requirements of cross-system processes against the goals of a project and the business.
Working knowledge of M365/O365 platform and an understanding of where to extending the reach of Copilot and use of other application such as Microsoft Purview.
Able to advise and identify training and skill needs for successful adoption of Copilot M365.
Experience serving as an application/solutions architect, AI Engineer.

Application Developer/Architect (AWS)

Lucid Support Services have a requirement for a Full Stack Application Developer/Architect, and an AWS Cloud Developer/Architect with expertise in Flutter/AWS Amplify and AWS Lambda to support our customer with a multi million pound project.
This Project is for a Full Stack App Development. Previous experience in Consulting, Design and Development for Applications using AWS is key, this is an urgent requirement with an immediate start, providing technical contribution and validation of the existing architecture. Initially it will be for a period of a few weeks, leading on to a 12 month / 2 year Project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy mobile applications using Flutter/AWS Amplify for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Design and implement serverless backend solutions using AWS Lambda and other AWS services (API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Build and maintain cloud-based microservices to support mobile applications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
• Ensure application security and data privacy by implementing best practices for secure cloud applications.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into the mobile application and backend.
• Continuously explore new technologies and suggest improvements to current processes and systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience developing mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and others.
• Experience with serverless application development and deployment using AWS Lambda.
• Proficient in backend development with experience in building scalable, high-performance APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management, monitoring, and logging tools
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and cloud-based authentication methods
• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices and principles.

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a couple of experienced Deployment Engineers to join our client, based across various sites in Aberdeen, on a 2 month contract, starting in May.
Imaging and deployment of new Desktops, Laptops and Mobile Devices.
Provide advanced-level support for Windows desktop operating systems (e.g. Windows 11, O365) and associated apps.
Building Lock and Charge Trollies, including the cabling of trollies on site.
Un-boxing of Laptops and cables, putting into trollies, including transporting to various locations across sites.
Creating and maintaining an asset log for each trolley.
Experience with using Intune (not essential) for general troubleshooting
Assist users with the new devices, ensuring they're fully trained and confident in the use of Windows 11.
