Job Description: Scrum Master & .NET Expert
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with extensive expertise in .NET development to join our dynamic team, "Black." As a Scrum Master, you will guide and mentor the team in adopting and refining Scrum practices while ensuring effective collaboration and delivery. Leveraging your technical proficiency, you will contribute to solving complex development challenges, foster innovative solutions, and support junior and mid-level developers in enhancing their skills.

Key Responsibilities
Scrum Facilitation and Coaching:
Guide the team in Scrum theory, practices, and values.
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Address and resolve impediments to the team's progress.

Technical Expertise:
Actively participate in technical discussions to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level .NET developers.
Ensure adherence to best practices in .NET development, code quality, and performance optimization.

Collaboration and Communication:
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Effectively communicate in one of the national languages as your mother tongue and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing the other national language.
Use tools like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft DevOps to maintain smooth communication and workflow.

Technical Skills and Frameworks:
Work with technologies such as Blazor, Entity Framework 6+, Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code, WCF, WPF, XML, and databases like Oracle and SQL.
Promote and align team processes with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Work Schedule and Environment:
Telecommute with an office presence 2 days per week, including 1 fixed weekday determined by management.

Qualifications and Skills
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with .NET Framework, Blazor (preferred), Entity Framework, and Microsoft DevOps.
Proficiency in databases like Oracle and SQL.
Familiarity with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
Scrum and Agile Experience:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
Understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in one national language and able to read/write in the other national language.
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate team discussions and resolve conflicts.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Blazor development.
Familiarity with advanced .NET technologies and frameworks.
