We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HR Time Consultant to join our client's HR Business Solution team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of their SAP HR system, specifically focusing on the Time Management module.

In this role, you will:
Analyse and validate business requirements for HR processes.
Design and implement SAP Time solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of HR professionals, business analysts, and IT specialists.
Maintain and enhance the existing SAP HR Time configuration.
Ensure data integrity and compliance within the SAP HR system.

Required Skills:
Deep expertise in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on SAP HR Time ECC6.
Advanced knowledge of SAP ABAP and ABAP OO programming.
Strong understanding of Time Management configuration (schemas, rules).
Proven experience with Time and Payroll integration processes, including RPTGENB0.
In-depth knowledge of Belgian Payroll regulations and experience in the Belgian public sector.
Fluency in French or Dutch with strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
SAP certifications in ABAP and SAP HR Time Management.
Proven experience in Time Management configuration/development for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
