As Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
You identify all stakeholders in the project and obtain their agreement on their contribution (role and responsibilities) in the project
You clarify the scope, approach, deadlines, costs and benefits of the project by developing a detailed project plan and Business Case, in compliance with the governance in force
You determine the human and technical resources required to complete all project deliverables and ensure their availability via internal booking processes
You coordinate the delivery of all deliverables in compliance with the project plan and in particular the schedule, budget and planned resources
You proactively manage interactions and dependencies with other client's projects
You allocate activities to project team members and monitor them
You set up an Agile-type project organization in order to implement a dynamic of delivery and validation as it goes along.
You monitor the project on a daily basis in this Agile mode. You give this Agile culture to the team members, so that they adapt their way of working accordingly
You monitor the progress of the team members' activities, you guide and verify the proper progress and execution of these activities
You manage the risks and problems associated with the project by identifying corrective actions to limit their impacts
You manage changes during the course of the project
You communicate regularly to the various stakeholders of the project in accordance with the communication plan defined in the project plan and the project portfolio management processes
You ensure the correct and controlled implementation of new features by guaranteeing the availability of existing services and consistency with the new services
You ensure the transfer of project knowledge to ensure continuity in "business as usual" mode for all parties on whom the project has repercussions
You coach the human resources allocated to the project in order to ensure optimal collaboration and a pleasant working environment
You contribute to the continuous improvement of client's methods, processes and tools related to project management by leading initiatives in this direction
The proposed resources must meet the following requirements:
You are a university graduate with a scientific or commercial orientation (civil engineer or Master in IT, management, etc.) or a long-term higher equivalent (industrial engineer, etc.);
You have a perfect command of French and English. Dutch will be a plus.
You have a strong customer and results orientation,
You have good communication skills, you facilitate exchanges and dialogues within the team, as well as with different interlocutors,
