One of our clients is looking for an HR Programme Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the technology solutions for the HR Transformation project.
I have listed some of the job roles below,
Work with stakeholders on business needs and requirements for HRIS & Payroll system.
Lead the design and provide strategic guidance in the design stages of projects to develop a comprehensive solution architecture aligned with project goals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Integration services between HRIS & Payroll with existing systems.
Data architecture and management strategies for efficient HR data processing.
Ensure the solutions align with the IT Governance Framework.
The right candidate will fit the below criteria,
Experienced Solution Architect
Previous experience in working with large-scale HR transformation projects
Experience with WorkDay, Workforce management and timesheet apps
Knowledge of Data architecture and management principles
