Our international client is looking for an IT Solution Analyst for a hybrid position where you will be working 2 days a week near Brussels and 3 days remote, this position is a freelance B2B contract with an initial contract of 1 year with a high chance of extension.

Skills and Experience required:
You will be responsible for the operational support of ERP and MES systems and their integration with production lines.
Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs in terms of business processes, workflows, and IT systems.
Analyze existing situations and consult with end-users and the Product Owner.
Conduct critical needs analyses and define functional and non-functional requirements.
Design, configure, and test process and system improvements.
Deliver detailed documentation to enable stakeholders and end-users to sustainably implement solutions.
Handle incoming second-line support incidents and provide effective solutions.
Address and resolve complex IT issues structurally within the production environment.
