We are looking for an engaged and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our growing Engineering Team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of business-critical features that add customer value on top of Voice.

Best practices, evangelization, and mentoring in your team and across the whole of Engineering will be part of your day to day job. Quality, excellence, and agility drive our delivery processes and you will help us level these up. Using a variety of back-end stacks, appropriate for each requirement, but always hosted on AWS, we build added value and resilient services on top of voice and AI capabilities, and fully integrated with our customers’ business critical tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, …).

Your mission @ Aircall:

Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customers
Have key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules
Write clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clients
Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability
Mentor team members

A little about you:

You have at least 5+ years of experience in backend development with preferably a typed language (Typescript/Node.js, Java, Scala) with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance
You have at least 2+ years of experience working on frontend applications, preferably with React, but experience with Angular is also valued.
You have experience with distributed systems, microservices or serverless architectures.
You have worked extensively with AWS in a production environment and understand how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of, the environment and services provided by Amazon
You can talk easily and spontaneously about most of the offerings on AWS, when to use them, and how, and can explain to junior engineers

We are looking for engaged and passionate SeniorSoftware Engineer to join our growing engineering department and be part of our Authentication team in EMEA.

As a Senior Software Engineer , you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of business-critical features that add customer value. Operational excellence, metrics, observability and best practices, evangelization, and mentoring in your team and across the whole of Engineering will be part of your day to day job.

Using NodeJS and Typescripts back-end stacks, appropriate for each requirement, but always hosted on AWS, we build added value and resilient services on top of voice and fully integrate with our customers’ business critical tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, …).

On Authentication & Authorization team we are working with SAML, SSO, OAuth 2.0, granular permission system and GraphQL as Backend for Front-end (BFF). We have serverless architecture based on AWS services (Lambda, Cognito, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, ApiGateway, ...)

Your mission @ Aircall:

Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, and scalable solutions to Aircall clients
Write clean scalable code using Typescript / Node.js , test and deploy applications and systems

A little about you:

You have at least 7+ experience in back-end development, using TypeScript & NodeJS, with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance.
You have worked extensively with AWS in a production environment, preferably for high volume / high availability services and understand how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of, the environment and services provided by Amazon).
You are rigorous with code quality and other engineering best practices (testability, maintainability), and are accustomed to using systems such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, GitHub, etc.
Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development and Continuous Integration/Deployment are the way you design, develop and release software.
You possess effective and proactive communication skills, and can collaborate with different profiles and roles
A proven experience with Domain Driven Design would be a plus

Aircall’s Partnerships team works on creating, nurturing and fostering relationships with other businesses in the pursuit of mutually beneficial growth opportunities.

To do just that, a Partner Account Manager at Aircall must be a great networker and a skilled communicator with the analytical skills of a consultant and an entrepreneurial mindset of a startup founder. They are at the same time business experts and people experts. Their conversations with partners are mostly driven by operational and strategic business topics circling around pipelines, leads, sales tactics, our integrations, customer value, customer satisfaction, workflows, sales KPIs and business plans.

As a Partner Account Manager Apprentice , our team will guide you towards becoming that profile.

Key reponsibilities

Reaching out and initiating meaningful conversations with potential partners, including SaaS, SI’s and other consultants/resellers.
Participate in the organization of marketing events and handling follow-ups.
Oversee the backend process of our sales operations, where you will track and recover deals that bring additional revenue to the company.
Understand, analyze and upscale existing processes towards operational efficiency based on relevant KPIs.
Use Salesforce extensively for reporting, data analytics, and intelligence gathering in order to transform ideas into actionable processes.
Provide and improve processes for cross-functional cooperation between the Partnership Team and other internal teams at Aircall (ex. Sales Marketing and Customer Success).

Qualifications

You have acquired -or are in the process of completing- a Bachelor’s/Master’ s Degree in Business & Management
You are hungry to learn and are the hands-on learning type, feeling motivated by challenges and complexities
