About the Role
We are seeking a Data Centre Technician to provide technical maintenance services in a critical client environment. This role involves performing routine inspections, maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure the smooth operation of Mechanical & Engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily inspections of M&E systems, ensuring safe environmental conditions.
Respond to BMS alarms and perform emergency repairs when required.
Perform planned and reactive maintenance on critical infrastructure.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
Monitor BMS systems and resolve HVAC-related issues.
Conduct building walkthroughs, taking meter readings for UPS, PDUs, and utilities.
Maintain quality records, adhere to safety standards, and complete necessary training.
Identify and resolve facility and plant faults under supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical training or equivalent education and experience (1-2 years).
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Basic math skills for calculations related to equipment readings.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to follow established routines and procedures.
Strong communication skills to interact with teams, clients, and management.
Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role.

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager – Data Centre Construction to oversee the full lifecycle of data centre build and retrofit projects across the EMEA region. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, time, and safety standards, and driving innovation in construction methods.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage data centre construction and retrofit projects across multiple locations.
Oversee project planning, execution, and integration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery while adhering to budget, quality, and safety standards.
Ensure clear roles and accountability across cross-functional teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Proactively manage project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure timely completion, cost optimization, and quality compliance.
Work with schedulers to develop project timelines and track progress.
Support change management for scope, schedule, and budget adjustments.

Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience managing large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong track record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.
Expertise in budget management, risk mitigation, and scheduling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate across regions and time zones.
Proficiency in IT and data management tools for project tracking and reporting.
