We are seeking a Software Resource Insight Analyst focusing on academic resource insights in the software field within Europe. Key Responsibilities:
Academic Resource Research and Analysis:
Explore academic resources in the European software field, including universities, research institutions, startups, top professors, and international academic conferences.
Continuously monitor international academic conferences, journals, and academic resources to stay informed on the latest software technology developments and the work of prominent scholars.
Collect and organize the latest academic and software industry information, distilling it into valuable insights to support business decision-making.
Track and drive academic collaboration projects, identifying opportunities for partnerships, joint research, and innovation with leading academic institutions and researchers.
Report Organization and Presentation:
Regularly consolidate and summarize academic research findings, industry trends, and technological developments into clear, insightful reports.

Requirements:
Educational Requirements:
Master's or PhD degree in a software-related field.
Expertise:
Excellent skills in organizing and consolidating academic data, converting complex information into clear and valuable insights.
Strong writing and translation abilities in both Chinese and English, capable of translating academic documents and writing reports.
A deep understanding of academic resources in the software field, with the ability to identify and capture emerging industry trends.
Personal Attributes:

About the role:
We are looking for Agents to support the Credit operations centre, and handle the calls that are received into the Service Centre. This role is working part time, Saturday and Sunday, totally 16 hours.
Full training will be provided for this position and the training will be contract the first 2 weeks of starting, and will be across Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Supporting/making credit decisions using various investigation methods and credit interpretation to determine approvals. This is in line with departmental/company policy and procedure.
You will be speaking directly to customers, store staff, contact centre staff and the business sales team to handle Decline Appeals, Referrals and Business sales.
Main KPI'S would be to maximise the number of connections while using insight to reduce fraud.
Experience
Banking or financial experience is desired but not essential as full training will be proved.
Ability to work in a multi skilled environment
Attention to detail is a must

Customer Communications Specialist – Mobile Telecoms
3 month contract
Reading/Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Overview of the role:
We’re on a mission to grow and we have exciting plans in Marketing to make that happen. So right now, we’re on the hunt for a creative marketeer who can help to deliver brilliant communications to customer base.

This role will be responsible for managing the creative development of communications. This will involve acquiring new members and also servicing in-life members, across different marketing channels including email, SMS, DM and app.

The successful candidate will be part of a busy comms squad, working closely with the CVM team, Marketing Managers, Partnerships and Propositions team to deliver against customer experience ambitions, App download targets, stimulating an active user base and offer redemptions.

This is a hugely exciting role so we’re looking for a talent with a passion for brilliant creative customer marketing to come and join the team.

Responsibilities
Liaise with CVM team, Marketing Managers and Propositions team on individual workstreams to deliver customer comms creative requirements
Working with the CVM Insights team to deliver marketing effectiveness based on conversion/engagement data and test and learn approach
Writing briefs for In-House Agency defining the requirements to deliver against briefed objectives
Manage the development and delivery of final creative assets
Liaise with key support departments (brand, legal, props, partner etc) to ensure creative fits appropriate guidelines

Experience
Experience in Customer Comms or related Marketing comms in B2C organisations
Experience in driving positive impact on customer behaviour and commercial outcomes.
Good stakeholder management experience, comfortable influencing peers and senior team
Experience working in multi-functional teams to deliver joint objectives
Strong attention to detail and ability to think differently about how to solve comms challenges
Excellent grammar and language skills with a passion for exceptional copy writing
Ability to write inspiring and brilliant briefs
