About the role:
We are looking for Agents to support the Credit operations centre, and handle the calls that are received into the Service Centre. This role is working part time, Saturday and Sunday, totally 16 hours.
Full training will be provided for this position and the training will be contract the first 2 weeks of starting, and will be across Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Supporting/making credit decisions using various investigation methods and credit interpretation to determine approvals. This is in line with departmental/company policy and procedure.
You will be speaking directly to customers, store staff, contact centre staff and the business sales team to handle Decline Appeals, Referrals and Business sales.
Main KPI'S would be to maximise the number of connections while using insight to reduce fraud.
Experience
Banking or financial experience is desired but not essential as full training will be proved.
Ability to work in a multi skilled environment
Attention to detail is a must
Good problem-solving ability
Being able to manage individual and team targets
Work as part of a team

Do you work in Vulnerability Management? Do you want to support a European wide organisation to plan and execute the fixes required to reduce and resolve the vulnerabilities across Europe? You will supplement an existing security function focussing solely on vulnerabilities and working through the fixes required to make a more stable and secure environment. You will be responsible for: Conduct regular vulnerability scans and assessments using Rapid7. Generate detailed reports on vulnerabilities, their impact, and remediation status.
