We are a Global Energy company seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a specialization in the procurement of Global Commodity & Market Data & Insights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements with key market data providers, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, market knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to drive optimal procurement outcomes.
The candidate is expected to help:
Develop and execute sourcing initiatives with key market data providers such as S&P, LSEG, Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), and others.
Drive contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to secure the best value for the organization.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize service quality and pricing structures.
Stay up to date with market trends, pricing models, and innovations in the data and insights sector.
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to ensure data procurement strategies support business objectives.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising data quality or business requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.

The individual should have:

Role: EMC Tester
Location: 3-5 days' work onsite depending on client activities through this time. Candidate need to be Portsmouth based.
Duration: 6 months

Rate: £402/day Inside Ir35
MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA
Role Description:
• Able to prepare EMC test setup and execute the testing and make sure test specifications are followed in correct order.
• Closely work with clients to understand point of focus on the testing and help investigating EMC test failures
• Involve in Engaging with EMC test labs on behalf of clients and making sure timely closure of test schedule
• Formally Log test setup, product condition (before, during test and after test), and creating and maintaining clear test records
• Able to review EMC Test results and feedback consolidated view to clients on the findings.
• Able to co-ordinate and work with testing team, help maintaining the test facilities.
• Regularly monitor test equipment and reporting anomalies or faults
• Familiarity with EMC testing equipment's and standards for defense and Aerospace
• Ability to communicate clearly/confidently and in-deal with clients.
