Responsibilities
Job Description
Ensure all team members report for duty as scheduled, promptly escalating any issues to Duty Managers or the Scheduling Coordinator.
Provide operational support and act as a point of contact after hours as needed, taking the lead during incidents and ensuring effective management and escalation of emergencies.
Immediately inform emergency services during major incidents, contact relevant management representatives, and take necessary actions per assignment instructions.
Respond to incidents in back-of-house areas and manage alarm activations effectively.
Coordinate daily post rotations, including task assignments and breaks. Holiday and sickness.
Supervise team conduct, task completion, attitude, and behaviour. Ensure all personnel are briefed, trained to standard, and undergo regular performance assessments.
Enforce procedures for managing emergency situations involving fire, security, and safety at all times.
Plan and deliver activities and services to specified standards to meet expectations.
Empower team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), addressing issues through coaching, training, and effective delegation.
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure effective execution of duties such as patrols, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response.
Conduct annual performance reviews for team members, including deputies, and maintain close liaison with Duty Managers on operational matters.
Uphold uniform standards and ensure issuance of necessary working equipment like radios.
Monitor the Gallery for Health & Safety and security issues, escalating concerns appropriately and reporting faults promptly.
Complete accurate incident and accident reports, maintaining precise event records.
Conduct interviews for lateness and manage relevant administration to reduce occurrences.

Essential
Must have right to work in the UK.
Current SIA License
Have a 5 year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of employment, self employment or full time/part timeeducation.

Job Description
Serve as the first point of contact for operational employee queries
Update and maintain customer information as needed
Maintain staff HR records and personnel files for the contract
Assist in managing direct and indirect costs (recruitment, training, expenses, etc.)
Ensure accuracy of operational data, regularly reviewing and reporting on progress
Highlight risks of significant variances and take action where necessary
Support the contract in preparing audit and compliance reports
Assist with recruitment and succession planning to maintain service levels and contingency
Participate in contract development and company-wide initiatives or projects
Respond to reasonable requests from the contract, client, and senior management, including emergency situations
Perform any other duties as directed by the contract senior management team
Complete scheduling for various sites
Qualifications
Valid SIA frontline licence

Good natural communicator both written and oral
Must have a full clean driving licence
Good standard of IT skills including Microsoft package ie. Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Description
Functions as the shift supervisor of the Linlithgow GSOC in the absence of a Duty Operations Manager.
In conjunction with company management or designated representatives, ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
Prepares files and submits various reports as required.
As required and in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures, carries out supervisory duties that can include some or all of the following: orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; Observe and report, document all unusual/unsafe activity, and take appropriate action as required.
Report all building utility/ service/ life safety issues to the appropriate responders and Security Management.
Notify, assist and direct external emergency personnel and internal emergency response teams (ERT) as necessary on a global basis as dictated by the situation.
Dispatch mobile or other patrol officers to check and/ or secure access areas into and onto client's premises, as well as, highly sensitive locations within the buildings.
Dispatch mobile or other patrol officers to service calls and emergency responses
Monitor the movements and locations of security personnel in order to expedite service requests, emergency responses and to ensure employee safety
Answer global multi-line telephones and dispatch security personnel via means as appropriate
Responsible for the proper operation and monitoring of all life safety, access control and loss prevention systems
Keep and or document detailed records of activities as they occur during the shift
Ensure acknowledgement of alarms and dispatch/assign personnel to investigate
Initiate all emergency notification calls, including 999 or other emergency services assistance requests and possess extensive knowledge of emergency response procedures at multiple sites (potentially internationally)
Prepare all required written reports, including but not limited to: Operations Database, Incident Reports and all other required logs
Generate computerized incident reports
View CCTV displays for suspicious/unusual/ hazardous activities
Ensure response to system alarms and notifies the appropriate response resources as directed by procedure
Responsible for the proper operation and monitoring of all security telephone, paging, radio and intercom communication systems
Provides feedback on operating processes, team processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
Monitors media and other sites to prepare data and deliver to client.
Participate in professional development courses and demonstrate improved job knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
Essential
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
Excellent customer service skills – able to communicate at all levels, demonstrate management potential.
Problem solving skills with decisions making capability.
Proficient in MS Office, ability to adapt to new systems.
Professional in appearance and attitude.
