Job Description

Leading a large-scale team to deliver best-in-class service across mobile, on-site, and electronic security solutions.
Owning full P&L responsibility for the SOC, driving commercial performance and sustainable growth.
Championing continuous improvement, innovation, and digital tool adoption to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Building an engaged, values-driven culture of performance, accountability, and development.
Collaborating across the business to support national strategy, business development, and change initiatives.
Proven leadership in managing large operational teams in security, tech, or critical service environments.
A strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and hands-on experience managing budgets, driving margin, and scaling services.
Inspirational communicator and stakeholder manager — confident in high-level presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
Deep understanding of security operations and relevant UK compliance frameworks.
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in senior level managerial positions (operations and sales) in IS/IT Security, Electronic Security, or related industry.
Skilled in strategic thinking, synthesizing complex business and financial data, and developing innovative solutions to challenging business issues.
Skill in highly persuasive oral and written communications, including effective executive-level presentation skills with ability to respond to challenging questions from groups of managers, customers, and prospects.
Commercial business experience in undertaking project costings and managing margins
Fluent in oral and written English.
Excellent communicator and at ease with presenting in front of a wide range of key stakeholders
Relationship building & Networking
Experienced in working in an international environment
Leadership experience within a Security Operations Centre
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the UK Security sector
