Marketing Users Journeys Creation & Improvement: From A to Z, imagine and roll out the users’ journeys of tomorrow using data fields, marketing channels, rules orchestration, etc
Dive into the Data Fields possibility: Unlock new journeys scenario and improve both segmentation & personalization.
Express your Creativity on Copywriting: Write the master content of Newsletter & Pushes of your marketing journeys following internal brand guidelines.
Master Tool Management: Stripo as HTML provider tool; Braze as multi-channels Campaigns/Journeys orchestration and sending tool.
Report and Analyze: Through Tableau and homemade Reports to define where the next focus needs to be to reach higher results.
Run your AB Test Learning Mindset: Never let an open question unanswered; roll out learnings as speed wins to improve performances on a daily basis.
Lead and/or Support Projects: Realize our taste of innovation
Coordinate and Set Up Ad Hoc Campaigns: Leading monthly prioritization request meeting with multiple stakeholders and guarantee the set up and deliverability on time by making sure each team is following process and deadlines.
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications
Language Requirements: Mother Tongue level of French (at least C2) and proficiency in English (B2)

What You Will Do
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support the HR Operations team by taking care of our employees, from the moment they sign the offer letter, to the moment they leave the company.
Daily Activities Include
Employee Support
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, resolving their queries through our ticketing tool, Jira.
Communicate with employees via emails and Slack to address various concerns.
HR Administration
Manage employee files and handle administrative tasks such as contracts, addendums, and processes for foreign employees.
Oversee the management of employee absences and coordinate with the occupational doctor and health insurance providers.
Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
HR Data & Reporting
Enter and maintain employment data in our HRIS, Workday, keeping all tools and data up to date.
Prepare HR reports to provide insights and updates to the management team.
Payroll & Compliance
Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
Cross-Market Collaboration
Dedicate 20% of your time to supporting other markets, including projects with foreign colleagues.
You will report directly to the Senior HR Operations Specialist of France/BE/DACH and will be part of the Global HR operations team (Europe).

What You Will Do
We are looking for an exceptional individual, who not only has a mastery of the technical aspects of the role, but also has a capacity to understand business needs, see the big picture and translate it into technical solutions.
As a Senior Analytics Engineer at TheFork, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping and fortifying our data infrastructure. You will serve as the crucial link between our source systems and the stakeholders who rely on our data.
Situated within the Business Analytics team, this role collaborates closely with all facets of the company, including finance, marketing, product, engineering, and operations.
You will join our Business Analytics team, which has 3 missions:
Valuable Business Insights: We dive deep into our data to uncover patterns and trends in our restaurants, diners, products and business performances, and we aim to give actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives and enhance customer experiences.
Comprehensive Data and Analytics Platform: We're building and maintaining a robust platform that is supporting both business and product analytics. This means making sure everyone has access to accurate and timely information through easy-to-use dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
Central Expertise and Business Partnership: As the central team of data experts, we engage with business teams to understand their needs, provide them with frameworks to become more autonomous, and support their efforts to achieve business goals. Our expertise ensures that complex data topics are managed effectively, driving meaningful business results.
Hard Skills
dbt Mastery: Proven experience using dbt to manage data transformations, version control, and automated testing, building reliable and scalable data models.
SQL Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation, querying, and optimizing data pipelines.
Cloud Data Warehousing: Extensive experience with Snowflake and other cloud platforms, implementing best practices for performance and scalability.

What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility will involve close collaboration with the team leadership, which includes the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Product Designer, within the B2B Experience pillar. Our team is dedicated to enhancing TheFork Manager to become the leading solution in Europe for restaurants looking to digitalize their operations. Our main KPi is the usage made of TheFork Manager by Restaurants.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be expected to drive the team’s software development efforts, thanks to your seniority, consistently delivering high-quality features with minimum guidance.
You will guide the team to adopt engineering best practices and you will ensure the high performance of services in production under the team’s ownership.
You'll be integral in shaping architectural proposals, writing code, and implementing tests across all layers of our infrastructure, prioritizing monitoring and security.
Additionally, you'll play a key role in producing comprehensive technical documentation, managing the team's workload for efficient delivery, and conducting risk management in close coordination with the team leadership.
Who You Are
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications
You have 8+ years of experience in software engineering
You bring hands-on experience and deep understanding of Node.js, TypeScript, React, and API development.
You’re comfortable navigating complex systems: microservices, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
You have experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with product, design, and business.
You promote engineering best practices: quality, testing (TDD, BDD), documentation, observability (Grafana, Kibana), and system health.
You’re a clear and empathetic communicator, fluent in English (French is a plus).
You are highly organized and able to work independently, including in distributed/remote setups.
You think product-first: you empathize with customers and understand the business impact behind technical decisions.

Previous experience leading a fullstack or B2B SaaS product team.
