Votre future équipe
Sous la responsabilité de Christophe, chef de projet, vous renforcez les équipes en charge des projets contrôle commande pour nos clients sur nos activités dans les secteurs nucléaire & défense.
Notre client principal local, le CEA VALDUC, situé à 45km de Dijon, est rattaché à la Direction des Applications Militaires du CEA. Avec près de 120 collaborateurs à ce jour sur le site, Assystem accompagne le CEA sur des missions Maitrise d’œuvre, d’intégration et de Maintien en condition opérationnelle et de sécurité.
Vos missions
En tant qu’Ingénieur(e) contrôle commande (automatisme et/ou informatique), vous contribuez au développement de nos activités sur le périmètre du site du CEA VALDUC. Vous participez aux projets d’envergures de nos clients, en ingénierie ou en intégration, à travers plusieurs missions telles que :
Analyse les données d’entrées et identifier les exigences fonctionnelles,
Réaliser l’étude, la conception et/ou la validation de systèmes de contrôle-commande simples et complexes en respectant les directives de l’ANSSI en matière de cybersécurité,
Programmer les automates ou les SCADA (yc BDD),
Piloter les essais et la documentation associée,
Assurer le suivi de projets avec nos clients (conduite de réunion et rédaction de compte-rendu) et rédiger un compte-rendu ou une synthèse pour diffusion en interne.

Qualifications
Vos atouts et les prérequis pour réussir
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Bac +5 minimum (école d’Ingénieur de préférence),
Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience dans le domaine du contrôle commande,
Vous avez de l’attrait envers la cybersécurité et les mesures de l’ANSSI,
Vous avez une excellente capacité rédactionnelle,
Vous possédez de solides compétences relationnelles ainsi qu'une grande autonomie dans votre travail.

Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a dynamic, self-motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to work at our customers site in Derby on a contract basis.
Role details:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Product Safety - Ensure that tooling & fixtures are capable of achieving and sustaining the product design intent, and that procedures and processes are followed so that our products and those of our suppliers conform to their specification. Rigorously raise, investigate and resolve safety related issues.
Quality - Works with all functions to reduce risk and drive product Right First Time. Ensure compliance to all relevant company, legislative and technical policies and standards including RRMS, GS3001 and Export Control and Intellectual Property requirements
Technical Authority - Ensure application of the tooling & fixture process controls within their area of accountability, with authorisation subject to appropriate delegation.
·Requirements - Identify and develop opportunities for new or improved tooling & fixtures to allow manufacturing processes, digital systems and technologies to meet current or future requirements. Including the creation of Statement of Requirement (SoRs) for manufacture of tools & fixtures for the external supply chain.
Planning - Plan and manage activities including schedule, resources and costs, gaining buy-off and communicating current status to relevant stakeholders. Ensure issues and risks are resolved to meet project timescales.
Develop Capability - Design, introduce, validate and continuously optimise tooling & fixtures associated with both product manufacture and delivery to customer. Apply Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) principles enabling the optimal work content to be achieved during manufacture and/or across methods of manufacture whilst continuing to meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time. Capture, analyse and use data to demonstrate and improve the current and future capability of tooling & fixtures. .
Qualifications
Key Experience and Qualifications:
Professionally Qualified Engineer (e.g. UK minimum HNC/Foundation Degree or other national equivalent)
Recognised national or international engineering accreditation (e.g. UK IEng or CEng)
General understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to their business
General awareness of Manufacturing Systems and enabling software tools relevant to the business
Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering processes relevant to their role
Experience in NX and tooling/fixture design is highly desirable.
Project management experience working in a manufacturing environment, dealing with multiple customers/suppliers simultaneously, with excellent Written and Oral communication skills
Key Technical Skills:
Authoring Tooling Design Specifications
Design for Special to Product Tooling
Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
Experienced in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) & Design for Manufacture (DFM) fundamentals
Safety Awareness, both conventional and Nuclear safety
Understanding and interpretation of customer requirements

**Security clearance**
This role requires the successful candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.
Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.

Qualifications
Vous suivez une formation BAC+4/5 (école d'Ingénieurs, commerce, IAE) et avez une réelle appétence pour le management de projets et les métiers de la vente.
Vous faites preuve d'une forte capacité d'adaptation, possédez un excellent relationnel et appréciez le travail en équipe. Votre compréhension des besoins métier ainsi que votre aptitude à la négociation seront les clés de votre réussite.
Bonne maîtrise des outils Excel et Power BI.

Job Description
Management of documents inbound and outbound using ProjectWise between parties working on Old Oak Common (OOC) HS2 station, and associated interfacing works being delivered by sub contractors across multiple work packages. Working to agreed processes and KPISs. Key interfaces between project engineers and document controls staff.
Qualifications
Experience of using Project Wise, or other similar industry standard tools. Rail experience preferred.

Full time role, 6mos, needs to be able to attend Old Oak Common site at least 3 days per week in person.
