This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting critical financial decisions and influencing the firm’s strategic direction Role Overview The FP&A Associate will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights to support decision-making across the firm’s investment portfolio. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with senior leadership, portfolio managers, and investment teams to ensure robust financial performance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Management Reporting: Support the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly and quarterly management reports for senior leadership, including variance analysis, trend insights, and KPI monitoring. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in across Finance to ensure precise cost allocation within the accounting system, enabling streamlined reporting and analysis. Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, macros) and familiarity with Accounting/ERP systems.
