An exciting opportunity has arisen for a IT Site Manager (Infrastructure) to manage a portfolio of sites for my highly established Property Development client.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead technology deliverables for portfolio and development projects, managing technology integrations in new developments and refurbishments.
- Provide technical estimates and quotes to support future portfolio initiatives.
- Ensure day-to-day technology service levels are met, working with internal staff and external suppliers/partners.
- Oversee supplier/partner deliverables for timely and budget-friendly technology rollouts across sites.
- Manage digital and technology-related finances for all portfolio projects.
- Support leasing and flex teams with customer pre-sales, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Introduce proactive monitoring and alerting for sites to resolve issues before they impact customers.
Critical Skills:
- Technical expertise in managing and delivering network and hardware services across a portfolio.
- Understanding customer needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Ability to translate complex technical details into easily understood business concepts any outcomes.
