Salary: £28,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will manage the delivery of assets for a full media calendar on behalf of a leading nutrition client. This includes industry press, LinkedIn, GDN, email campaigns, exhibition assets, videos, site branding, and other sales team support materials.
You will work closely with our media agency to drive learning and optimise output in terms of messaging and creative suggestions, supporting regular testing and ongoing improvements. The role offers the opportunity for growth, with the expectation that you will take on more responsibilities and develop your skills and portfolio over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver assets across a range of media, including digital and traditional channels.
Translate client briefs into effective creative deliverables.
Drive project management, including budgeting and costing.
Collaborate with media agencies to test, learn, and optimise campaigns.
Provide strategic input on client projects.
Maintain a detailed calendar of activity and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Support the development of sales materials, exhibition assets, videos, and branding projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as an Account Handler, ideally within an agency setting.
Background in healthcare or an interest in working with scientific content and detail (preferred but not essential).
Excellent project management skills with a focus on organisation and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of data and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive and energetic approach, with a genuine passion for delivering results.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of work.
Strategic understanding and the ability to make creative suggestions to optimise outputs.
Preferred Background:
Agency experience, ideally in healthcare, or demonstrable interest in the sector.
A desire to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
A work ethic that aligns with agency life - proactive, dynamic, and responsive to client needs.

Global regulatory affairs experience such as submissions of 510(k), De Novo, TGA, etc. would be an advantage. Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016. Experience in process implementation and giving training would be an advantage.
