Hybrid working; London - 40% on-site & remote
£625/day Inside IR35.
As you will be working within a Central Government department you will need current SC Clearance.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a highly collaborative team in a large public sector organisation.
As the Business Analyst you will have a strong background in business analysis, coupled with a keen understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risks, and technologies.
The role;
Understand and analyse user and business needs, ensuring outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy.
Challenge constructively to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose.
Facilitate collaboration and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery.
Employ a range of tools and techniques to gather business and user requirements against the clear objectives articulated for the project.
Determine the need and value of performing the activity based on the context.
Evaluate requirements against the present state and the target state and identify opportunities to develop successful business requirements.
Assist Business Improvement teams with identification of BAU enhancements and their solutions.
Engage with policy and strategy to ensure business systems, workflows and processes contribute to the target operating mod.

- Statutory Accountant Milton Keynes - Onsite 3 days a week Jan 2025 - Dec 2025 Inside of IR35 £250 - £300 per day My client is looking for a Statutory Accountant to join their team based in Milton Keynes, you will have a wealth of experience working with third party auditors. you will also have a team of two accountants as your direct reports. As an Statutory Accountant, you will have to work closely with third party auditors, entity accountants and other areas in the preparation and audit of the subsidiary stat accounts, as well as manage prioritisation of deliverables and improvements with a view to clear the subsidiary accounts in a timely fashion. Duties to Include Subsidiary accounts preparation: the main start point is agreeing audit timelines, process and audit fees with PWC before the year-end. Once the audits are underway, to hold regular weekly calls with PWC, entity accountants and businesses during the duration of audits (March to July) to discuss audit status and resolve any issues in order to get them cleared on time. Review of financials, including arranging IXBRL tagging: you will be responsible for arranging the IXBRL tagging of all the third party companies, liaising with auditors to arrange tagging of all the 2024 accounts and issuing to Tax team so they can be filed with HMRC. Ensuring adherence to required SOX controls and to coordinate with internal and external audit to deliver recommendation and continued compliance. Develop and manage direct reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EKS Services, AWS services, automation tools, and DevOps practices. The client is looking for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and has a collaborative mindset. You must have SC Clearance or be eligible for SC Clearance; Lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
