Exalto Consulting have been engaged to search for a seasoned professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and transformative business change.
We are seeking a Client Solution Director to lead operations and deliver exceptional client-centric solutions for a high performing technology team that is in a period of unprecedented growth.
About the Role:
As the Client Solution Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising operations, leading a dynamic team, and fostering strong client relationships. With a focus on delivering value and cost savings, you will oversee end-to-end project management, identify process improvements, and drive successful ERP implementations for clients in the Food Manufacturing industry.
Key responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Manage and supervise teams responsible for Process and Systems Analysis and Project Delivery.
Initially the team will be 3-5 direct reports and circa 22 through the Matrix; however this may scale quickly.
Client-Centric Approach:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and shaping operational improvements.
Handle client proposals, pitches, and stakeholder management with a strong focus on accessibility and problem-solving.
ERP and Systems Expertise:
Leverage your deep understanding of business process systems, specifically in the Food Manufacturing sector.
Lead ERP implementations and drive business change initiatives.
Project Oversight:
Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Drive value and identify cost-saving opportunities for clients.
What We're Looking For:
Extensive consultancy experience, with a focus on ERP systems in the Food Manufacturing sector.
Proven expertise in implementing ERP systems, particularly MS Dynamics.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack.
Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience in driving business change and operational improvements.
Excellent proposal and pitch presentation skills.
