Exalto Consulting are currently recruiting for a contract business analyst for a global pharmaceutical client, you must have previous experience of working for a global pharma company and must have experience of working in clinical trails/clinical data R&D environments. Experience/Skills

IT Operations Engineer/3rd Line Application Support Engineer
My Leeds base client is looking to recruit an experienced IT Operations Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure, system security, cloud and virtualisation technologies. This is initially a 9 month fixed term position which may well extend.
As Support Engineer you will provide a 3rd Line Business Support function operating on an international basis.
The Operations Engineer will own and resolve incidents/problems, undertaking routine maintenance, administration and continuous improvement across the Applications landscape.
Liaising with Core IT Operations and 3rd Party Support Vendors, the Operations Engineer will :
Work with the ServiceNow ticketing system on incident, change and problem tickets
Cross skill multiple technologies to team colleagues across the business
Liaise with systems development staff and software suppliers on the development of system enhancements
Monitor applications across cloud, Azure and on premise
Undertake system documentation using required standards, methods and tools
Mitigate risk and undertake problem solving, root cause analysis Technically, the Applications Support Engineer will be able to demonstrate the following:

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join a leading organisation based in Manchester.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing IT solutions that align with organisational strategy, governance, and architecture principles.
This role requires someone with a strong background in operational architecture and extensive experience working within enterprise architecture environments in medium to large organisations.
You will work collaboratively with various architecture areas, including Technical and Information Architecture, to deliver solution architectures that meet business objectives.
The role will also involve the development of both infrastructure and applications architecture, ensuring solutions adhere to guiding design principles, including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Responsibilities include:
· Designing and implementing high-level IT solutions.
