Location: UK home-based with travel to various UK locations

Power BI/Data Engineer Responsibilities
Creating, deploying, and scheduling Power BI reports to align with organizational needs.
Skilled in evaluating, cleaning, transforming, and analysing raw datasets to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and draw actionable conclusions.
Accountable for developing scalable data models and delivering impactful analytics through clear and effective data visualizations.
Experienced in working closely with stakeholders to provide actionable insights that address specific business challenges.
Assisting senior team members in achieving organizational goals and objectives.
Power BI/Data Engineer Requirements
Must haves:
Expertise in the Microsoft BI Stack, including Excel, Power BI Desktop, Online Service, DAX, and Power Query (M).
Familiarity with secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure Cloud, SQL Data Warehouse, and DevOps.
At least 3 years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, data engineering, Power BI or a related field.
Eligibility to obtain Government Security Clearance - must currently live in the UK and have done so for 5 years and have unrestricted right to work in the UK
Good to have:
A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant technical discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project.
Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A professional and ethical approach to business.
Collaborative team player, capable of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines while fostering effective relationships.
Interview process
This will be a 2-stage process, including a technical discussion and a competency-based interview
