About the Company

We’re an independent, service driven recruitment agency that sources high quality, talented individuals to fill permanent and contract roles across the Technology, Clean Technology & Cyber Security sectors.

Since we were established in March 2008 we’ve achieved outstanding success with clients and candidates throughout the UK, US and Europe. We’ve built up rewarding relationships with many of them that continue to this day.

Our success is based on four key attributes:

• our skills and expertise in the recruitment profession
• our unique insight into the specialist markets we operate within
• our commitment to driving high service standards, and
• our passion for delivering results.

These underpin every solution for each opportunity we’re given.

We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re totally dedicated to providing the highest levels of service possible to clients and candidates alike.

We're a team of individuals with a passion for connecting people with each other, candidates and companies - so they can inspire each other and make great things happen.

Our business has been built on referrals and recommendations from the people we’ve worked with. Those referrals come from candidates as well as the companies we recruit people for – because we recognise candidates’ importance in making the recruitment process successful.

So you won’t hear us making promises we can’t deliver, fobbing you off with excuses or being economical with the truth. We help to make the decisions that are right for you.
