Key Responsibilities
As a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will:
Be the first point of contact for IT queries, providing outstanding support via service desk and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
Collaborate with external partners to deliver IT services seamlessly across multiple locations.
Meet the diverse IT needs of the organisation, maintaining high service standards.
What You'll Bring
Proven Experience: Strong background in 1st and 2nd line IT support, with the ability to manage a variety of technical challenges.
Active Directory Expertise: Confident in navigating and managing Active Directory.
Office 365 Proficiency: Skilled in supporting and troubleshooting Office 365 environments.
Mobile Device Management: Capable of handling mobile devices effectively.
Citrix Knowledge: Familiarity with Citrix environments is a strong advantage.
