We're working with a global organisation who are expecting to double their turnover over the next 3 years through M&A activity!
The Power Platform Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Power Platform solutions tailored to the business needs. This will involve analysing business requirements, configuring Power Apps, building workflows with Power Automate, integrating data with Power BI and ensuring that solutions are secure and scalable to support sustainable growth.
This is a key hire which forms part of their strategy to bring in some of their capability in house, therefore you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a strategy for the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) that aligns with the organisation's digital transformation goals, and will establish governance frameworks, policies and standards to ensure the secure and compliant use of Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
Design and develop custom Power Apps applications to meet business needs
Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs
Mentor and support team members in Power Platform best practices and development techniques.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Power Platform applications.
Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
Experience with Azure services, SQL databases, and API integrations
Knowledge of Scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Power FX, C#, and SQL is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Understanding of security and governance for Power Platform environments.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience in stakeholder management
