Job Title: Training and Adoption Consultant

Contract Duration: 3/4 months
Rate: £400 - £450/day Outside IR35
This role is to join a growing change function for a leading Construction and Property consultancy.
Your new role will see you working with the services team. You’ll hit the ground running in a busy environment, developing training materials, organising training sessions, building video content, and supporting user adoption and change management initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Building, developing and delivering video content for several platforms, such as a new recruitment system and a global data platform.
Support the rollout and adoption of ongoing change programs, including global initiatives.
Help deliver video content and training for their induction platform for new starters.
After initial content creation you’ll be involved in training and communication of IT and business systems to the business.
Required Experience:
Ability to take existing plans and turn them into engaging training content, including video content
Strong experience working with IT and business systems, such as Recruitment platforms, HR platforms etc.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver training both in person and online
Desirable:
Previous experience within the construction industry would be desirable but not required.

We are looking for a brilliant Solution Designer to join a market leading organisation within the energy sector. With over 85 years of experience behind them, this well-established company owns and manages critical national infrastructure and is engaging in a forward funded futureproofing program with enormous potential for growth.
The Solution Designer will have a good working knowledge of Operational Technology, particularly SCADA systems, who will work with the Architecture and Business Solutions teams to provide end to end solution designs. This position will be critical in leading the development of solution architecture for OT systems, with a strong emphasis on advancing OT Enterprise Response and Recovery (ERR) capabilities.
Key skills that you will need:
Experience in producing high level and/or detailed designs for projects
Experience of working with operationally deployed technologies/OT, for example, security of IoT sensors, Edge Computing, Remote Terminal Units, SCADA systems
Familiarity with OT Enterprise Response and Recovery (ERR) principles and strategies for ensuring operational resilience.

TRIA are supporting a leading Logistics & Transportation company in Bristol, seeking an Information Security Manager to drive cybersecurity strategy and enhance security across critical infrastructure.
You’ll be at the forefront of their information security strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cyber and information security assets. You will lead the security team, manage third-party SOC operations, and be accountable for progressing the Cyber Assurance Framework (CAF).
The Role
Lead and mature the Cyber Assurance Framework (CAF)
Assess and mitigate risks across networks, systems, and applications
Manage security team & third-party SOC operations
Implement security controls, policies & awareness programs
Monitor threats, lead incident response & drive security culture
Report security posture & metrics to IT Director & leadership
Oversee security assessments, audits & penetration testing
What You’ll Bring
CISSP or equivalent + 6-7 years in InfoSec
Experience maturing security programs & frameworks (ISO27001, NIST CAF, OWASP)
Strong knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, RBAC, vulnerability management
Understanding of cloud, COTS/SaaS platforms & IoT security
Ability to communicate risks & strategies at executive level
