Robert Half Technology are assisting a non for profit organisation to recruit a Junior Software Developer on an initial 3 month contract basis
Role
The Junior Software Developer will be responsible for website upgrade, working with our web designer
Migration of existing direct debit payees to GoCardless or an alternative provider
Further updating website format/content and removal of outdated material
Further automating shop system to reduce accounting workload
Identifying "floating" webpages (ie pages which are not linked) and shop items not currently recorded
Review of automated messaging and recommendations for improvement
Finalising Back End functionality of new joining area of website
Data "clean up", including merging duplicate member entries
Profile
The Junior Software Developer will have good knowledge of Drupal Content Management System (CMS) or similar system
Working knowledge of coding in HTML/CSS
Familiarity with the Bootstrap framework
Working knowledge of coding with PHP/Javascript
Experience with producing stand-alone web applications
