Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a skilled interim junior IT support engineer for a London-based innovation company. This is an initial 3 month contract with the potential to extend.
Role:
Provide 1st line support for staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage Apple tech stack (MacOS, iOS devices) and offer basic support for Windows environments if necessary.
Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and hardware configurations.
Support Office 365 administration, ensuring smooth integration with Apple systems.
Respond to help desk tickets and ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
Collaborate with the IT team to support network troubleshooting, hardware setup, and security best practices.

Responsibilities:

Robert Half Technology are assisting a global FTSE 100 retail organisation with offices in London to recruit a IAM/PAM Engineer (solid experience with One Identity required) on an initial 6-12 month contract basis.
Role
The IAM/PAM Engineer will be responsible for:
Design & Implementation:
Develop and implement IAM solutions using One Identity.
Deploy and configure Safeguard for privileged access management.
Integrate IAM/PAM systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
Configure and maintain IAM/PAM policies, workflows, and roles.
Management & Support:
Monitor and maintain IAM/PAM systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Provide support for IAM/PAM-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Security & Compliance:

Privileged Access Management:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address IAM/PAM requirements.

Profile
The IAM/PAM Engineer will have 5+ years of experience in IAM Engineering, with solid experience with One Identity.
Exposure to Safeguard or similar PAM solutions.
Strong understanding of IAM/PAM principles, including authentication, authorisation, provisioning, and governance.
Experience with directory services (eg, Active Directory, LDAP).
Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (eg, NIST, ISO 27001).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A One Identity Engineer is required to design, implement, and maintain our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using One Identity Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in One Identity Manager, with a deep understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and associated compliance standards. You will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and optimising IAM workflows, ensuring the security of user identities, and managing access control throughout the organisation.
Role
The One Identity Engineer willDesign and Implementation: Develop and implement IAM solutions leveraging One Identity Manager, including user provisioning, role management, and identity life cycle processes.
Configuration and Customisation: Configure workflows, customise modules, and manage integration with various systems and directories (eg, Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and Cloud services).
User Management and Provisioning: Ensure efficient user life cycle management, including on boarding, off boarding, and access reviews, while maintaining high security and compliance standards.

Profile

Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and various authentication protocols (eg, SAML, OAuth, OpenID).

Role
Active Directory Management: The Active Directory Infrastructure Engineer Will administer, maintain, and optimise Active Directory infrastructure, including Group Policy management, Domain Controllers, and DNS/DHCP configuration.

Strong experience with Windows Server administration, especially with Legacy Windows Server 2002 as well as modern versions.

Preferred Certifications:
