Lead React.js, Typescript, Javascript Front End Engineer is required for a fast-growing Renewables scale-up that is revolutionising the way energy is used and managed across the UK. The company is changing the shopping system behind some of the key industries within GreenTech at the moment including electrical vehicle charges and batteries . Turning a very archaic and labour intensive industry, into an E commerce, digital experience for the likes of EV Charging points, Solar panels, Wind turbines & other renewable energy equipment.
Their expertise in this commercial sector spans across multiple teams including product and supply chain teams. This means their React.js, Typescript, Javascript platform is currently at the crossroads of innovation and sustainability and supercharging the best distribution service in the nation.
As a Lead React.JS, Typescript, Javascript Engineer you will work on developing and scaling the front-end the platform. This includes building and optimising APIs, ensuring the system can handle large volumes of data and maintaining high performance and security. This includes taking part in stakeholder conversations and promoting best practices like TDD, BDD and CI/CD.
This Lead React.JS, Typescript, Javascript Engineer role is paying up to £95,000, quarterly bonus and other benefits.
This is a hybrid role with one day a week in the office where you will join up with the engineering & product teams in London.

Lead React.js, Typescript, Javascript Engineer Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks
Build and optimise APIs with REST and GraphQL to handle large-scale data operations and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems.
Maintain and build stakeholder relationships to be able develop the application architecture.
Foster a culture that promotes the best engineering practices like TDD, BDD and mentor junior front developers with this in mind.
Collaborate with the wider engineering team to ensure the platform is reliable, performant, and secure.
