A DAY IN THE LIFE

Driving local RGM strategy & priority initiatives in line with Zone guidelines (incl. KPIs & action plans), e.g.
Own Market RGM initiatives list across 6 RGM levers, based on largest opportunities identified and crystalized in budget
Drive quarterly RGM performance review with Zone, leveraging inputs from analyst(s)
Leading local Pricing Strategy & Annual Pricing process:
Collaborating with Zone & Global RGM to build bespoke pricing recommendations
Lead local Brand teams through portfolio pricing reviews & sign-off
Support Commercial with retailer sell-in story and modelling
Owning UKI Luxe Post-Event Analysis Process
Technical leadership of data and tools required for end-to-end process
Lead regular reviews & workshops with Commercial, Brand & Leadership teams
Coach Commercial teams through how to use and interpret insights to implement into trade plans
Embedding RGM and orchestrating initiatives within cross-functional teams, e.g.
Upskill cross-functional teams to RGM & available tools, resources
Challenge cross-functional teams in the realization of RGM activities in their respective accountability field
Running and / or supporting other functions to run RGM analyses
Benchmarks, portfolio & price positioning
Local / category insights to adapt Zone guidelines
Trade investments performance
Category x Retailer analyses to build Category retailer story
Bringing ad-hoc expertise on all RGM related topics
Track local RGM performance
Realization of Global / Zone RGM guidelines
Alignment of pricing with brand & category strategy

Who You Are

Previous RGM expertise and / or high potential business profiles (e.g., demonstrated in Commercial/ Marketing or Finance roles).
Ability to act as a Change Agent and to influence senior stakeholders, incl. GMs, ManComs and cross-functional teams.
Outstanding analytical skills, with strong understanding of RGM levers, methodologies and processes
Ability to implement action plans, prioritize RGM opportunities and translate into actionable recommendations.
Superior data management and interpretation skills to derive insights from analyses.
Strong ability to implement data collection systems and automatize analyzing solutions.
Ability to work with complex and large data sets.
Problem-solving mindset, ability to go above and beyond the limitations of current ways of working, you will bring creativity to improving existing practices.
Appetite for new challenges, able to identify and seize longer-term opportunities while delivering in the day-to-day.
