Join the CyberDefense Center of L’Oréal and reinforce our team in charge of the L’Oreal Cyberdefense projects and continuous improvement!

Our team need to innovate continuously to ensure the worldwide security of L’Oreal from the growing number of harmful cyberattacks.

The team is key to reach this target and improve the maturity of the CYBERDEFENSE center in particular the DETECTION, REACTION and PROCESS parts while being align with the L’Oreal Beauty tech transformation.

We also want to take this opportunity to create an INNOVATION UNIT and accelerate the integration of CUTTING-EDGE technologies to protect L’Oreal.

Interact closely with our security teams in an international context.

What a day ass a Cyberdefense Project Manager looks like :

Contribute as an Cyberdefense Project Manager to the development and roll-out of the Cyberdefense roadmap
In charge of improving the CYBERDEFENSE center's maturity level
Lead projects that strengthen L'Oréal's CYBERDEFENSE posture

Details Of The Missions

Functional and Technical contact for the Cyberdefense roadmap
Work closely with all CYBERDEFENSE service lines (CSIRT, VOC, CTI, APPSEC…) and Cybersecurity partners
Propose CYBERDEFENSE solutions and processes in line with the L'Oreal ecosystem
Lead projects related to the cybersecurity of business applications, cloud environment and industrial perimeter
Manage efforts to improve service processes based on regulatory requirements.
Pilot experimentation with AI / ML functionalities on L'Oreal's security solutions.
Conduct pilot testing of new Cyberdefense solutions and participate in their implementation
Proactively identify and mitigate emerging cyber threats and critical risks
Participate in the continuous improvement of solutions based on real security incidents, red team, etc...

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in Cybersecurity
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage highly technical projects
Ability to adapt to difficult situations and work in an international environment
Thorough, proactive, and skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts

Nice To Have Skills

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, OWASP, …)
Knowledge in Cyberdefense strategy and tools
Knowledge of public cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of web technologies (API, application security, …)
Knowledge in coding (in particular in python)
An experience in CERT / CSIRT / SOC ecosystem
An experience in managing DEVELOPMENT team
An experience in infrastructure or cloud administration
An experience in coding (in particular in python will be appreciated)

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Your responsibilities as an HR Business Partner at L'Oréal will encompass a range of critical activities, including:

Talent Acquisition & Development: Partnering with hiring managers to attract and onboard diverse talent, identifying high-potential individuals, and creating tailored development plans to nurture their growth within L'Oréal.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Analyzing current and projected talent needs, identifying critical capability gaps, and contributing to the strategic workforce plan for your division. You'll anticipate future resourcing requirements and ensure L'Oréal has the right people in the right roles at the right time.
Change Management & Organizational Design: Leading and contributing to change management and organizational design initiatives, supporting the evolving beauty market, and providing strategic guidance to management.
Employee Relations: Proactively managing employee relations cases, offering expert advice and guidance to managers in line with best practices, legislation, and L'Oréal's values. You'll ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Data Analytics & Insights: Leveraging data analytics to inform HR and business strategies, extracting actionable insights from HR data, and using data to drive key HR initiatives and decision-making.

Tâches principales

Apporter l’aide et les réponses nécessaires au bon déroulement du flux dans l’usine pour tous les départements concernés.
Pouvoir s’intégrer dans une équipe multi générationnelle et multi fonctionnelle.
Maîtriser, au minimum de façon macro, les systèmes déjà en place au flux : AGV, machine à box, etc.
Veiller à toujours intégrer les aspects sécurité, hygiène, etc. au quotidien.
Animer des groupes de travail sur des futurs projets.
Être à la recherche d’innovations d’optimisation et d’amélioration de la performance.
Proposer des solutions pérennes et être garant de la durabilité des gains.
Déployer de nouveaux outils digitaux.
Être l’interlocuteur envers les sociétés extérieures pour les demandes internes (nouvelles lignes, cage aérosols, etc.).
Créer des cahiers des charges clairs, complets et précis.
Suivre les travaux internes ou les mises à jour pour le flux en tant que donneur d’ordre.
Pouvoir exploiter les KPIs existants et ne pas hésiter à en créer d’autres pertinents.

Compétences intrapersonnelles

Vous êtes autonome, entreprenant(e), curieux(se) et rigoureux(se).
Vous avez une bonne capacité à embarquer les équipes et à conduire le changement. Vous justifiez d'une certaine expérience dans l'animation transverse.
Vous avez le sens de l'observation, êtes force de proposition et orienté(e) résultat.
Vous êtes clairvoyant(e) et faites preuve d'originalité.

Qualifications

Maîtrise des outils IT : Compétence dans l’utilisation des logiciels de gestion de production et de logistique (ERP, WMS, etc.).
Langues : Anglais opérationnel serait un plus (Réunion Groupe/ Zone, négociation avec des fournisseurs)
