Global CX (Customer Experience) provides support to our customers through all available support channels, including chat, phone, email, and social media. You will work closely with all internal teams, such as Support, Service Delivery, and Customer Experience, but also stakeholders in other departments within our business, including operational and commercial functions outside of Global CX.
Your team, CX Operations, is tasked with ensuring our business systems are optimised to provide the best possible outcome for our customers. We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and innovative Salesforce Administrator to help improve the efficiency, reliability, and usability of our Salesforce instances and their connected ecosystem. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our Global CX team. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the primary point of contact between the Global CX team and the central Salesforce admin/development team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
Design, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) instance, including customizations, workflows, and integrations with other business applications to drive efficiency, reliability, and user experience enhancements.
Provide user support for all functions of the Global CX organisation
Contribute to the delivery and maintenance of onboarding and training of new colleagues
Ensure we collect and action on feedback received from users of our business apps
Promote best practices in the use of our business systems, in particular SFSC
Develop and maintain robust and meaningful reports and dashboards, ensuring they are available and comprehensible to all interested stakeholders
Who You Are
Certification as an SFSC Admin is required.
Expeince working with SFSC in a development or administrator capacity. Experience with Salesforce Experience and Marketing Cloud is an advantage
Practice a "customer first" mindset.
Skillful in both communication and presentation, adept at expressing technical ideas in straightforward language.
Extensive experience in process optimisation.
Advanced analytical skills, with an ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
