Mid-Level Network Security Engineer
Location: London | 4 Days Onsite Per Week

Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits
A global energy and commodities business is seeking a Network Security Engineer to join their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a technically complex, security-driven environment supporting a wide range of infrastructure and network technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Checkpoint firewalls and Cisco network infrastructure
Support Cisco ISE and Zscaler Internet/Private Access solutions
Manage Data Centre colocation and vendor relationships
Contribute to IT security prevention and awareness initiatives

Essential Experience:
Deep technical knowledge of Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and Cisco ISE
Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Splunk
Strong understanding of IT security practices
Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent

Desirable Experience:
Background in supporting Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Exchange
Familiarity with VMware, VxRail, Rubrik, and backup/recovery processes
Exposure to CUCM, LogicMonitor, Mimecast, Okta, and other security tools
