We are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant experienced in the Microsoft 365 collaborative environment, with a first experience in generative AI, including Copilot, to join our team at Crayon France. The candidate will support customers in the adoption of collaborative solutions and lead digital transformation projects aimed at integrating generative AI into their processes, to boost productivity and innovation.

Other responsibilities will include:
Guide customers in using Microsoft 365 tools for better collaboration
Lead and execute digital transformation projects with Microsoft 365 and AI
Conduct training sessions for effective tool and AI adoption
Identify opportunities for process improvement with AI and Microsoft 365
Support customers in transitioning to modern digital environments

Your Competencies:
3+ years of experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives
Hands-on knowledge of at least one generative AI solution, with practical experience in using it to automate processes and foster innovation
