Nous recherchons un Consultant en Data Compliance spécialisé dans Microsoft 365, plus particulièrement Purview, pour rejoindre notre équipe chez Crayon France. Le candidat mènera des projets d’organisation/classification de données et mettra en place les fonctionnalités de Purview pour nos clients
Vos missions principales:
Mener des projets de classification de données au sein des environnements Microsoft 365
Mettre en place et configurer les fonctionnalités de Microsoft Purview
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et les clients pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes de conformité des données
Fournir des conseils et des recommandations sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de conformité des données
Former et assister les utilisateurs finaux sur les fonctionnalités de Purview et les meilleures pratiques de gestion des données
Réaliser des audits de conformité des données et produire des rapports détaillés
Vos compétences:
Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et de ses différentes applications
Expérience avérée dans l’utilisation de Microsoft Purview
Connaissance approfondie des principes de classification et de protection des données
Compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à mener plusieurs projets simultanément
Capacité à analyser et interpréter des données complexes
Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

Further to Crayon France continuous growth, we are looking to appoint a Cloud Architect to join our team. As such, you will be instrumental in collaborating with both our Presales & Delivery teams and diverse clientele to design and implement cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your expertise will be pivotal in developing and deploying secure, scalable, and innovative cloud infrastructures, tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of our clients.
Other responsibilities will include:
Engage with customers to comprehend their unique challenges and objectives, developing and implementing cloud strategies and solutions
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that cloud solutions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with broader business and IT strategies
Act as the trusted advisor to our customers, supporting them in leveraging GCP cloud technologies
Ensure that cloud architectures adhere to relevant security and compliance standards throughout our customers digital transformation journey
Develop comprehensive documentation of cloud architectures, designs, and implementations, ensuring clarity and knowledge retention for both internal teams and clients.
Your Competencies
3+ years practical experience with GCP combined with Data & AI solutions, including deep understanding of services and functionalities
Hands-on experience from a consultancy role, managing various customer needs
Experience with cloud architecture, cloud migration, security and compliance, programming, as well as automation tools and network technologies is advantageous
Cloud related certifications and/or competencies including but not limited to: Implementing and managing Multi-cloud, would be highly regarded

As our new Support Engineer L1, you will be the primary contact for customer support queries, managing end-to-end delivery of services, including escalations and process improvements. You will build client relationships, participate in operational meetings, and ensure client satisfaction.
Other responsibilities will include
Manage incidents and service requests in our service desk system
Support and troubleshoot Crayon client hardware, software, and data
Develop documentation and guidance on technical solutions to drive business success
Provide technical Microsoft support for Online Services (Cloud) and handle escalations to Microsoft for all supported services/products
Collaborate with the global technical support team to maintain and introduce new support services worldwide
Your Competencies
Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support
Relevant industry experience in Microsoft environments, preferably Azure, Microsoft 365, or on-premise solutions (e.g., AD, SCOM, SCCM, MDM, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, desktop support)

As our new Engagement Manager, you will ensure the smooth execution of Crayon services, including the proper management of resources, particularly financial ones. You will be responsible for structuring client relationships, developing action plans, prioritizing tasks, and building a support network to guarantee effective project delivery. Additionally, you will manage resources, time, and communication to meet client expectations, track project performance through KPIs, address risks, and drive continuous process improvements.
Other responsibilities will include
Contractual Commitment Management - ensure compliance with contractual commitments (deliverables, invoicing, etc.) by both Crayon and clients
Client Relationship Management - establish a trust-based relationship with clients to understand their strategic needs
Customer Satisfaction and Retention - analyze customer satisfaction indicators (CSAT) and implement corrective actions if needed
Growth Opportunities - drive the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities during service delivery within a predefined client portfolio
Reporting and Analysis - provide regular reports on account performance indicators
Your Competencies
5+ years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success Manager, IT Project Manager, Engagement Manager, or equivalent)
Master’s degree (Bachelors +5) in management, business, information technology, or a related field
Previous experience in the technology or IT services sector is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of cloud solutions, SAM, and FINOPS
